Salary: £40,792 per annum pro rata

Start: 1 September 2019 or as soon as possible thereafter, Fixed term for 5 months

We wish to appoint a temporary Lecturer (Education Focused) within the School of Art History. We seek a well-motivated, hardworking colleague committed to the delivery of high quality teaching in the area of Islamic visual culture (broadly defined). 
The successful candidate will be required to teach a special subject (which could be an advanced survey course) on Islamic art and/or architecture. The successful candidate will also make accessible contributions to our first- or second-year lecture programme and one team-taught postgraduate module. Effective communication skills are essential.

This is a fixed term post from 1 September 2019 – 31 January 2020.
